Island Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tsp. jerk seasoning
3 finely chopped green onions
½ tsp. salt
½ c. plain Greek yogurt
2 chopped green onions
1 mango
4 toasted buns

DIRECTIONS

Heat coconut oil in 12-inch skillet on medium-high.

Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix ground turkey, jerk seasoning, 3 finely chopped green onions, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; form into 1/2-inch-thick patties.

Cook 10 minutes, turning over once, or just until cooked through (165 degrees F).

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix plain Greek yogurt, 2 chopped green onions, and chopped mango.

Serve burgers on 4 toasted buns with Bibb lettuce and mango-yogurt sauce.
