½ medium sized watermelon, cut into bite sized cubes
1 whole medium cucumber (ribbon-spiralized or thinly sliced)
1 handful of cilantro, chopped
1 cup roasted/salted cashews, crushed/chopped
½ tsp salt • crushed red chili pepper to taste
juice of 2 limes
Mix in a bowl.
