Energy-Packed Snack Balls


INGREDIENTS

2.25 Cups of Organic Dates

1.5 Cups of Raw Cashews

.5 Cups Raw Almonds

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (optional)

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract or Orange or Mint Extract

 

Pulse first 4 ingredients in in a food processor until coarsely chopped.

And extract of choice; pulse again adding water a little at a time until mixture makes a moist but not sticky dough.

Dampen hands slightly and form dough into bite size balls. Chill for 1 hour. 

Love chocolate?  Roll the balls in cocoa powder before chilling.
